Packaging

• All packaging is very discreet. Every item sent is in a plain box or bubble-wrap bag with no logos or website address visible.

Delivery Times

• Most products are held in stock so generally dispatched within 48 hours.
• Delivery to US addresses, take 1-3 working days
• Special Delivery will be shipped the same day if order is placed by 3:00pm, Monday - Friday (exc Bank Holidays). We endevour to ship up to 4:00pm when possible and subject to stock availabilty.

Items not in stock will be sent as soon as we receive delivery (typically no longer than 14 days)

All parcels have to be signed for on all of our delivery services.

If you require an order to be delivered on a certain day, please email us, quoting your name & order reference number, and we will despatch the order for delivery on that day if possible.

Receipt of Goods

If you are not in when your parcel arrives UPS will keep your package at your local depot for 7 days enabling you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel is then returned to us. Postal charges of will apply to re-send the goods back out to you.
